Bowl of chicken-flavored Ramen + 1 Thin 'n' Trim Chipotle & Peach Salsa sausage link

Snack:
Starbucks tall skim cocoa cappuccino

Dinner:
Chicken salad (greens, cherry tomatoes, a few croutons), white wine
