Because I'm hungry as a duck

White bread with pepperoni sandwich. 2 slices of white bread, 18 slices of pepperoni.

Coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz

So because it's "crazy deadline night" at the paper, I had to drink some coffee to whip myself into writing shape. So I drank a medium skim-milk mocha from Jolt and Bolt. No whip.

EXERCISE:
At midnight I went to Results Da Gym for a quick 15 minutes of elliptical (which I do forward and backward, to tone my ass-ets, which already feel tighter) and it was glorious.

From now on, I will record my weight, a la Bridget Jones. Weight: 135.4. Sigh.

And then there was Pad See Ew

Pad See Ew with chicken (and a little of that delicious egg) from Bambu, baby. (The Asian food choice of Karl Rove! Wowie zowie.)

And a bottle of Arizona Green Ice Tea.

A little caffeine never hurt anyone, right?

This just in: This morning, I had an 8-ounce can of Pepsi. One of those little tiny baby cute ones. Hey, at least it's not a whole Starbucks, right? I'm getting better...

Sunday April 29

OK, it's time to stop being a fatty boombah for me. Let the healthy begin!!

FOOD CONSUMPTION:
Grande black sweetened ice tea
Bag o' Doritos (icky icky)
Grilled chicken sandwich from McDonalds
Large French Fries
Diet Coke
Mango smoothie
Bowl of pasta with marinara sauce

EXERCISE:
35 mins elliptical
15 mins treadmill (1.1 miles or so)
